Training Summary
The UiPath Project-Lifecycle Training emulates a real-world RPA Project, exposing trainees to the expected activities and deliverables across each distinct phase. Trainees will gain vital skills in candidate qualification, capture, and definition, as well as effort estimation. Further to this, trainees will learn how to design and configure robust, reliable, and scalable RPA solutions, aligned with both contemporary industry best practices and standards. Finally, trainees will undertake testing, ensuring that the solutions devised and configured are technically sound, as well as fit for purpose. Successful completion of the UiPath Project-Lifecycle Training will award trainees with the UiPath Project-Lifecycle Certification.
The objective of the UiPath Project-Lifecycle Training is to provide the audience with the tools and knowledge to qualify, capture, design, configure, test, and deploy enterprise-scale RPA solutions. Upon successful completion of the course curriculum, trainees will be awarded with a UiPath Project-Lifecycle Certification.

The course is intended as a follow-up to the foundation-oriented training, geared towards individuals who are familiar with the fundamentals of RPA, but want to produce enterprise-scale solutions using the UiPath platform
