PT8675
Training Summary
"Where do I start with this new project?" At some point in our careers all of us will be assigned a project to manage. At first, the project sounds straightforward and simple. It is only when we begin that we start to ask ourselves, "What did I get myself into?"Not only does every project need to be completed on-time and on-budget, but it also has to be completed "on-quality". All of this, plus managing the people and resources to get it done. Every project manager, new or experienced, needs a system to follow when managing a project. Whether the project is big or small, there are four stages to a project life cycle: Objective, Plan, Implement and Measure. In this workshop, Managing Projects On-time, On-budget, you will learn the fundamentals of project management. You will experience the stages of the project life cycle and practice the skills that project managers use to be successful, everyday. By the end of this workshop, you will be skilled and confident in your abilities to manage any size project, and be on-time and on-budget.
